At WebDevSoft, we are committed to delivery high-quality web development solutions and ensuring our clients' satisfaction. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be provided, the procedure for requesting them, and the responsibilities of both parties. By engaging with our services, you agree to the terms of this policy.

We value transparency and fairness in all client relationships. While we strive to resolve concerns through open communication, we recognize that cancellations may sometimes be necessary. This policy is designed to address such situations in a fair and balanced manner.

Project Cancellation

How to Cancel:

Clients may cancel a project at any time by submitting a written request to webdevsoftit@gmail.com or to their designated Account Manager. Cancellations are only valid once confirmed in writing by a WebDevSoft representative.

Cancellation Within 7 Days:

If a project is canceled within 7 days of signing the initial agreement and no significant development work has started, a full refund of the advance payment (minus non-refundable service fees) will be issued.

Cancellation After 7 Days or Once Work Has Begun:

If cancellation occurs after 7 days or once significant work has commenced, refund eligibility will depend on the project's progress and the scope of completed work.

Refund Eligibility

Full Refund

A full refund may be issued if the project has not been initiated or if no design/development work has been approved.

Partial Refund

If cancellation occurs after initial design approval or once development has started, a partial refund may be considered. The refund amount will reflect the proportion of work completed up to the cancellation date.

No Refunds

Payments become non-refundable once:

  • Project milestones have been completed and delivered, or
  • The project has been fully developed and uploaded to the client's server.

Non-Refundable Services and Fees

The following are non-refundable under all circumstances:

Third-Party Charges:Domain registration, hosting, APIs, plugins, or software licenses.
Service Fees:A fixed percentage of the project cost may be retained to cover project management and administrative expenses.
Completed & Approved Work:Any deliverables already approved by the client.

Refund Request Procedure

To request a refund or cancellation, please email webdevsoftit@gmail.com with:

  • Project name
  • Reason for the request
  • Supporting documentation (if applicable)

Our team will review the request and respond within a reasonable timeframe.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within a specified number of business days from the date of official cancellation confirmation. Refunds will be made using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.

Project Delays

WebDevSoft is not responsible for delays caused by the client (e.g., late submission of content, approvals, or feedback). In such cases, refunds will not apply, and the project may be marked ineligible for cancellation.

Policy Updates

WebDevSoft reserves the right to amend this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice. Clients are encouraged to review this policy periodically. Continued use of our services after changes implies acceptance of the revised terms.
